Acts as an HR Business Partner for APAC leadership while leading regional HR operations. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, process standardization, policy and benefits alignment, HR data cleanup, Workday reporting, automation, dashboards, employee self-service, and internal communications. The role partners with country HR teams to improve consistency, compliance, scalability, and employee experience across the region.

Own and optimize statistical forecasting in Maestro for global product categories. Manage forecasting cycles, model calibration, intermittent-demand strategies, product life-cycle planning, forecast accuracy monitoring, and ABC/XYZ segmentation. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management to integrate statistical forecasts with market intelligence, promotions, budgets, and supply plans.

Own transport logistics operations across inbound, outbound, reverse logistics, and procurement. Resolve complex issues, establish operational standards, lead carrier performance meetings, manage KPIs, analyze operational data, improve processes, support carrier onboarding and system changes, and coach team members through hands-on case handling and claims management.

Supports sales by designing, implementing, and explaining Axis video surveillance, access control, intercom, and audio solutions. Advises customers, partners, and internal teams on Axis hardware and software, system integration, networking, camera placement, bandwidth and storage, image quality, and video transport. Provides training, presentations, best-practice guidance, and pre-sales technical support while maintaining Axis Experience Center equipment and networks. Travel is expected up to 25%, with occasional work on ladders, lifts, rooftops, and other elevated areas.

Own and evolve Axis’s global production IT infrastructure and platforms. Coordinate technical specialists, production stakeholders, security, and engineering to develop long-term infrastructure concepts, roadmaps, and strategies. Balance innovation with stability, lead projects and initiatives, strengthen daily infrastructure support, and ensure security, resilience, reliability, and regulatory compliance across production sites.

Design and execute SoC/ASIC verification for ARTPEC SoC, using coverage-driven constrained-random methods with SystemVerilog/UVM. Develop tests and models (SystemC/TLM), debug RTL and integration issues, collaborate with hardware and software teams, and contribute to verification methodology improvements and documentation.

Manage regional sales for Axis Communications in Rochester by promoting IP video and Axis camera solutions, educating integrators/distributors/end-users, conducting demos and events, maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales reports, and participating in trade shows and training. Requires territory travel and hands-on product recommendation.

Act as the bridge between Axis and consultant/specifier communities across the Midlands and South West UK. Build and manage A&E programme relationships, advise on product specifications, train on Axis design tools, create thought leadership, align activities with sales to generate pipeline, and collaborate with global A&E peers to share best practices.

The Product Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies for access control and intercom products, partnering with teams to drive demand and measure success.

Manage and grow a portfolio of authorized partners in the South West sub-territory, recruit and onboard resellers and integrators, drive sub-territory sales, develop opportunities with partners, handle escalations, deliver partner training and demos, attend events and prepare account reports to grow partners to Silver/Gold status and expand managed accounts.
