Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, coaching, performance management, budgeting, technical and strategic initiative leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning priorities with product managers, UX teams, and stakeholders. The role oversees software development across networking, connectivity, streaming, storage, AI, and event management, with a focus on reliable user experiences and team development.

Designs, maintains, monitors, and optimizes integrations between the ERP platform and connected systems. Identifies automation opportunities, replaces manual processes, troubleshoots data flows, supports deployments and implementation projects, and improves business processes. Manage and grow Axiss authorised partner network in Romania and Moldova. Qualify and develop partners, use Salesforce to track leads and opportunities, coordinate training and Axis Academy events, conduct regular partner visits, support deal closing, and represent Axis at industry events. Role requires close collaboration with local and regional sales, Key Account Managers, and Sales Engineers, with substantial travel across both markets.

Design, develop, verify, and deliver high-precision production and test fixtures for Axis production systems. Create moving mechanisms, holders, and CNC-machined aluminum parts using Creo and Windchill. Build and test prototypes with 3D-printing technologies, support robust and scalable production engineering projects, coordinate suppliers, manage stakeholders, and collaborate on automated production equipment. Travel to contract manufacturers approximately 5–15 days annually.
