Serve as primary client contact to lead planning, demos, and delivery across design and development teams. Serve as the technical advocate between ATG products and the AEC market: create go-to-market technical content, deliver product deep-dives and demos, enable sales, map customer workflows to automated solutions, represent ATG at events, and relay product feedback to engineering and product teams.

Provide phone, email, and remote-session technical support for Autodesk AEC products (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D), BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam and DiRoots. Troubleshoot installations, activations, errors, workflows; document cases in Zendesk; escalate and follow up on cases; maintain customer communication and knowledge-base entries; collaborate with teammates and attend required in-person onboarding.

Drive new government sales by prospecting state, local, and education agencies, conducting outcome-driven discovery, building long-term trusted relationships, navigating public procurement (RFPs/RFIs/cooperative contracts), collaborating cross-functionally, maintaining CRM records, and forecasting long-cycle opportunities to close deals and ensure smooth post-award handoffs.

Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage applicant flow and ATS documentation; partner with managers on hiring strategy, headcount reporting, and recruiter training to meet growth targets.

Owner of services opportunity definition and services revenue: lead structured discovery, build Miro-based roadmaps, develop SOWs, qualify and close services deals, manage pipeline and handoffs, rescope as needed, and ensure delivery readiness and alignment across sales and delivery teams.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor for AEC clients: lead discovery, design high-level integration and automation solutions, create proposals and architectures, communicate with executives, and hand off feasible solutions to delivery teams while identifying expansion opportunities.
