Supports enterprise risk management and end-to-end systems engineering for an Intelligence Community space customer. Responsibilities include capturing technical risks, issues, and opportunities; developing mitigation plans; maintaining RMF artifacts, risk registers, and systems engineering plans; facilitating technical meetings; presenting risk impacts; and supporting engineering assessments, trade studies, and enterprise risk processes across complex space and ground portfolios.

Coordinates with mission partners and engineering teams, supports systems integration and acquisition activities, manages change requests, and delivers technical briefings. The role requires extensive systems engineering experience in DoD or intelligence-community environments and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Provides 24/7 systems administration and Tier 2 help desk support for mission-focused communication and messaging applications. Responsibilities include monitoring system health, resolving incidents, configuring and repairing hardware and software, supporting users, maintaining operational records and SOPs, escalating issues, and assisting with application and hardware deployments. The role requires maintaining service availability and supporting Tier 1–3 teams across mission applications.
