Serve as primary customer contact to support Anova hardware and software, resolve issues within SLAs, assist with integrations, training, installations and maintenance, identify bugs and improvements, and drive renewals and account growth through strong relationships and reporting.

Act as primary contact guiding customers through migration to the Unify Platform: assess environments, build migration plans, execute integrations, validate data, deliver training, provide hands-on support, and coordinate handoff to Customer Success.
