Deliver end-to-end international deployments of corporate IT tools across multiple countries and business lines. Responsibilities include needs assessments, business-case validation, planning, configuration, UAT coordination, training, go-live execution, stakeholder communications, project committee facilitation, status reporting, support handover, documentation, continuous improvement, and security compliance. The consultant will coordinate with R&D teams, local IT managers, business sponsors, and support teams while managing multiple concurrent implementations.

Provide first-line operational support for Data & BI on an asset-management platform: manage tickets to resolution, coordinate deployments and change requests, handle incident and maintenance communications, gather business requirements, support claims analysis, run adoption workshops, advise on process design, and identify upsell opportunities while contributing to knowledge sharing and product communities.

Provide L1/L2 operational support for Alto Invest clients across Front Office and Risk modules. Triage and resolve tickets per SLA, coordinate with R&D and CSMs, run root-cause analysis, support client adoption workshops, maintain documentation, and contribute to service reviews and KPI collection.
