Leads deal finance for MVPD, streaming, and partnership negotiations, including financial modeling, proposal analysis, counterproposal recommendations, contract review, subscriber and industry trend analysis, and streaming bundle evaluation. Partners with strategic business development on monetizing intellectual property, supports commercial revenue reporting, and manages a high-performing finance team.

Supports account managers, sales planners, and account executives with deal entry, order letters, campaign allocations, reporting, discrepancy resolution, and makegoods. Maintains sales lead lists, assists with booked business and key accounts, and communicates with agency assistants and buyers. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital advertising systems.

Builds relationships with agency assistants and buyers, resolves discrepancies, negotiates makegoods, and supports Account Directors.

Analyze audience, advertising, campaign, competitive, and cross-platform performance data across linear, digital, and streaming media. Create reports, dashboards, and client-ready insights using syndicated and internal data sources. Support addressable and data-driven advertising from planning through attribution, maintain metadata and data mappings, identify marketplace trends, and communicate recommendations that guide sales strategies and business decisions.

Create and optimize linear and digital media plans, support pricing negotiations, maximize advertising revenue, track deal delivery, and resolve billing discrepancies. Coordinate campaign execution with sales, advertising operations, commercial operations, agencies, and clients. Analyze marketplace and inventory conditions, address under- or over-delivery issues, meet on-air deadlines, and mentor Sales Assistants.

Own end-to-end audience, content, programming, streaming, and marketing analyses. Validate data, identify trends and performance drivers, develop audience segments and profiles, and translate ratings, survey, and platform data into actionable recommendations. Create executive-ready reports and presentations, support content strategy and forecasting, incorporate competitive context, and collaborate with business intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy.

Supports marketing and publicity financial processes through expense tracking, budget management, forecasting, reporting, invoice processing, media billing reconciliation, accruals, month-end close, and annual budgeting. Partners with accounting, accounts payable, external vendors, and marketing leadership. Performs ad hoc analysis and helps automate documents and processes using AI tools.

Lead digital ad sales research by analyzing KPIs across streaming platforms, forecasting advertising inventory, building dashboards/reports, identifying audience and monetization trends, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and resolve performance anomalies.

Lead day-to-day audience research operations, delivering linear and non-linear performance reporting, qualitative and quantitative studies, forecasting growth opportunities, and advancing data automation. Provide insights to channel teams, present competitive analysis, and support commercial decisions using BI tools and audience measurement systems.
