Provide legal counsel across production, creative, finance, insurance, and HR matters. Review content for intellectual property, defamation, employment, and other legal risks; manage aspects of the litigation docket; analyze contracts; draft and negotiate production agreements; and develop corporate and studio policies. The role collaborates with business affairs and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced media environment.

Manage financial planning and analysis for streaming services, including P&L management, financial close, budgeting, forecasting, subscriber modeling, variance analysis, scenario planning, KPI reporting, and performance insights. The role develops senior-management presentations, conducts ad hoc analyses, and partners cross-functionally to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

Evaluates media assets and QC reports for specification adherence, accepting or rejecting files and requesting corrections or redeliveries. Tracks recurring evaluation issues, communicates with QC, Acquisitions, Media Prep, Supply Chain, and suppliers, and escalates unclear or newly identified criteria. The role requires accurate high-volume review, knowledge of broadcast and streaming media formats, codecs, collateral, and screening tools, plus strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Supports media partner launches, digital content delivery, asset management, publishing and takedown workflows, platform verification, screenings, and promotional asset requests. Coordinates with cross-functional teams, maintains trackers and SOPs, monitors operational progress, troubleshoots issues, and escalates risks. The role requires familiarity with digital video workflows, content supply chains, streaming platforms, metadata, and asset management processes.

Manage theatrical and ancillary media assets, including intake, tracking, organization, and Symbox ingestion. Coordinate post-production quality control, accessibility materials, supplemental content, and distribution masters. Execute deliveries to home video, television, airline, digital, and other partners while tracking release schedules. Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Rights, and external vendors to support approvals, publicity assets, and timely releases.

Owns streaming KPI reporting and subscriber lifecycle analysis across AMC Global Media’s streaming portfolio. Leads deep-dive analyses of acquisition, engagement, retention, churn, pricing, and promotions; develops executive-ready recommendations; partners with cross-functional teams; oversees syndicated research; and guides BI and data teams on KPI definitions, validation, and scalable analytics workflows.

Acquire, validate, ingest, and maintain media materials and digital assets for television and film distribution. Track content readiness, delivery logs, and database accuracy while coordinating with licensors, vendors, and internal programming, scheduling, technology, standards, and delivery teams. Resolve delivery issues and ensure content meets transmission and compliance requirements.

Supports commercial sales account management by managing booked business, preparing order letters, entering deals and sales plans into WideOrbit, sending traffic instructions and flowcharts, tracking tapes, processing allocations and move requests, maintaining deadlines, resolving discrepancies, and negotiating makegoods with agencies and buyers.

Supports Account Directors with advertising deal management, order letters, traffic instructions, account records, flowcharts, sales plans, allocations, flighting, and move requests. Maintains outlists and deadlines, communicates with agency assistants and buyers, resolves discrepancies, negotiates makegoods, and enters sales plans into WideOrbit.

Manages retention marketing strategy and campaigns across owned, paid, and partner channels. Uses subscriber data, segmentation, controlled experiments, and cohort-based triggers to reduce churn and improve engagement. Oversees save-at-cancel flows, win-back programs, retention offers, media strategy, test plans, budgets, performance reporting, and cross-functional relationships. Tracks churn, tenure, engagement, incremental lift, and cost per incremental save while optimizing programs across direct-to-consumer and partner platforms.
