Alaska Communications seeks a Corporate Counsel to provide legal advice on corporate matters, focusing on procurement and commercial contracts while supporting fiber and wireless infrastructure expansion.

Provide administrative HR support including data entry, maintaining personnel files in compliance, assisting with audits, drafting communications and job descriptions, coordinating meetings/trainings/interviews/orientations, processing vendor and benefits payments, administering vendor contracts, and other assigned HR tasks.

The Procurement Specialist manages sourcing and contracting for services, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and uses AI tools to enhance procurement processes.

Lead billing, collections, payment channels, accounts receivable, revenue assurance, and financial system reporting. Manage and develop a union-represented team, ensure SOX and regulatory control effectiveness, drive process improvements and automation, support audit readiness, and partner cross-functionally to improve accuracy, cash conversion, and customer experience.

Lead and manage the Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering team to plan, design, and document outside plant infrastructure. Oversee route validation, construction drawings, cost estimates, vendor/contractor performance, budgeting, and coordination with internal teams and agencies. Drive process optimization, electronic facilities records, and troubleshoot fiber cuts and OSP service-affecting issues.
