Manages and grows a portfolio of larger, complex customer accounts through proactive inside sales, upselling, prospecting, and relationship development. Creates orders, markets products and value-added services, qualifies opportunities, monitors performance metrics, shares competitive and industry insights, and collaborates with outside sales. May mentor other inside sales representatives and resolve complex customer or sales issues independently.
