Review and challenge engine, FGSS, tank, and gas-handling system designs; support shipyards, OEMs, class societies, and vessel crews; troubleshoot complex machinery issues; mentor colleagues; and transfer operational lessons into future newbuild programs. The role requires substantial methane-vessel operations experience, detailed design expertise, and a proven newbuild commissioning and delivery record.

Provides customer service support for ocean logistics by managing import and export inquiries, resolving shipment-related cases, handling invoices and bills of lading, and maintaining accurate case records. The role prioritizes queues, meets productivity and turnaround targets, collaborates with Mexico-based and international teams, supports process improvements, and communicates in English and Spanish. It requires working night shifts in a hybrid, increasingly site-based environment.
