Provide end-to-end People & Culture support for ~200 APAC employees: recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations, wellbeing, policy maintenance, HRIS (BambooHR) management, reporting, WHS and workers' compensation, and culture initiatives.

Design and build scalable cloud data infrastructure, pipelines, and reusable data products. Ingest and transform data, enable self-serve analytics, deliver visualisations, contribute to governance and platform strategy, and mentor teammates while collaborating cross-functionally.

Generate and qualify new leads for the UK/I sales team through outbound prospecting, research, and CRM management. Engage educators to understand needs, schedule qualified appointments, collaborate with marketing, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce to support sales pipeline growth for educational SaaS solutions.
