Handle inbound customer calls for new and existing insurance claims, accurately gather and enter claim information, manage administrative task queues, organize electronic documents, prepare standard correspondence, and support claims adjusters with complete, accurate information. The role requires strong communication, empathy, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Workspace and internal systems.

Provides strategic leadership for Reserv’s General Liability claims organization, overseeing structure, staffing, performance, compliance, litigation, coverage matters, and client service. The role drives claims process and technology improvements, analyzes data and KPIs, develops policies, manages high-performing teams, and collaborates with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders. It also supports talent acquisition, retention, training, operational efficiency, innovation, expense control, and timely claim resolution.

Handle motor First Notice of Loss inquiries by phone and email, guide customers through insurance claims, document claim information, resolve concerns, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure accurate, empathetic, compliant service throughout the claims process.
