Lead monthly reconciliations of loss fund payments across client programs, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and align claims data, financial records, and bank statements. Candidates need 4–6 years of legal experience, a JD, and active U.S. state bar admission.

It also supports talent acquisition, retention, training, operational efficiency, innovation, expense control, and timely claim resolution.

Handle motor First Notice of Loss inquiries by phone and email, guide customers through insurance claims, document claim information, resolve concerns, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure accurate, empathetic, compliant service throughout the claims process.
