Manage inbound, outbound, referral, and partner-sourced B2B opportunities from discovery through close. Responsibilities include consultative selling, HubSpot demonstrations, proposal and presentation development, RFP responses, commercial negotiations, pipeline reporting, forecasting, lead generation, and relationship management with prospects, customers, and HubSpot teams. The role requires digital consultancy, CRM, or MarTech expertise and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently.

Design scalable HubSpot-centric CRM solutions and integrations, define data strategies and architecture, produce technical documentation, lead implementations, mentor juniors, conduct audits, assist data migrations, and liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused CRM projects.

Design and scope HubSpot-centered CRM architectures, run discovery workshops, define data models and integrations, perform data migrations and UAT, produce requirements and technical documentation, train and mentor staff, and support project scoping and reporting across marketing, sales and service tech stacks.

Consult with clients to define marketing goals, audit marketing and websites, design customer journeys and CRO, develop MarTech architecture and HubSpot implementations, configure automation and reporting, run functional testing, brief/coordinate creatives and developers, provide training and change management, and manage ongoing client relationships and performance optimization.

Advise clients on optimizing sales and service processes, revenue operations, sales enablement, CRM strategy, forecasting, and analytics. Design scalable go-to-market strategies, training, adoption, and change-management plans using HubSpot and comparable CRM platforms. Lead client workshops, provide strategic recommendations, mentor consultants, and contribute to improved consulting practices. The role is fully remote within Germany and requires German residence and legal authorization to work there.
