The Principal/Staff Test Engineer enhances production test programs, resolves issues, supports new product introductions, and drives continuous improvement for production test solutions in semiconductor manufacturing.

Manage new product introduction projects from planning to mass production, ensuring project targets are met and facilitating communication across teams.

As a Process Engineer, you will sustain daily production while working on improvement projects, manage yield and performance, and ensure compliance with processes in a Semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Develop and validate motor-control reference and application boards using discrete, analog, and power ICs. Create schematics, select components, collaborate on PCB layout, perform electrical/thermal/EMI validation, support customers and sales, produce technical collateral, and inform product roadmaps through customer insight.

Define requirements and roadmaps for power-path ICs (ideal diodes, load switches, eFuses, hot-swap controllers). Analyze market and customer needs, perform competitive benchmarking, create business cases, interface with customers and cross-functional teams, and support product introduction and field training for automotive, industrial, and server markets.

Define and execute regional marketing, pricing, and channel strategies for GaN and SiC products. Engage OEMs, distributors, and sales to grow revenue and market share, manage RFQs and negotiations, analyze market intelligence and pricing benchmarks, and drive adoption of wide bandgap technologies through lead generation and collaboration with global cross-functional teams.

The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of R&D and industrialization projects, managing cross-functional teams, risks, budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Lead mixed-signal pre-silicon verification activities: create verification plans, build simulation environments and behavioral models, run automated regressions, analyze results, participate in design reviews, and support post-silicon validation and correlation to ensure first-pass silicon success.

Maintain, optimize, and support automated strip test platforms (Cohu SH5300A, FH1200). Develop PM schedules, perform root-cause and failure analysis across mechanical, electrical, servo, pneumatic, and motion systems; ensure calibration and safety compliance; support new equipment qualification and vendor collaboration to meet throughput and yield targets.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, perform month-end close, and produce statutory reports ensuring IFRS compliance. Support accounting operations, drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
