The Sales Enablement Specialist will develop sales playbooks, training sessions, and CRM strategies to support the US sales team while working remotely from Vietnam, focusing on the B2B SaaS market.

Manage and configure the Salesforce platform: user/security administration, custom objects/fields/flows, reports and dashboards, data integrity and deduplication, first-line user support, system upgrades, documentation, training, and translating stakeholder requirements into Salesforce solutions while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

Support cross-functional business operations projects end-to-end, analyze data to surface insights, prepare leadership reports, coordinate stakeholders, identify process improvements, track milestones, and maintain project documentation.
