Build and deploy production-grade AI features for a B2B commerce platform, including agents, RAG systems, and dynamic workflows using commerce data. Design evaluation, monitoring, recovery, and feedback loops; contribute to LLMOps and AI observability; integrate AI across distributed product teams; and help shape the company’s AI roadmap. The role requires strong software engineering, backend and system design skills, cloud experience, and practical knowledge of LLMs, vector search, production deployment, and cost optimization.

Leads global FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, deal desk, revenue controlling, credit control, and management reporting. Owns SaaS unit economics, pricing governance, financial data quality, revenue recognition, and finance process automation. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Delivery, and Operations while managing FP&A, pricing, controlling, credit control, and data analytics teams.
