Lead design and operation of Caseware's AI platform: architect LLM-powered systems, retrieval and agent pipelines, governance and evaluation frameworks, ensure reliability and scalability, run POCs, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI-enabled SaaS capabilities.

Provide first-line support for Caseware accounting software via phone and email. Troubleshoot issues, manage high-volume inbound calls and tickets, analyze client workflows, perform minor software testing, document procedures, maintain confidentiality, and explore AI tools to improve support processes.

Design and own UX for cloud-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics products. Integrate AI-assisted tools into design practice, define human oversight in agentic workflows, lead user research, evolve the design system for accessibility, mentor designers, and drive cross-functional product direction with Product and Engineering.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, developer platform tooling, and IaC for a large Nx monorepo. Improve release safety, observability, and reliability; support Kubernetes deployments, GitOps flows, and platform security; coach teams on DevOps best practices and developer experience.

Lead product marketing and enablement for Caseware’s audit and accounting solutions: develop customer-focused positioning, messaging, and assets; engage clients for market insight; align go-to-market with Sales, Product, and Marketing; represent the company at events; build and mentor a global product marketing team; and leverage AI-enabled solutions to support product marketing programs.
