Own the roadmap for Caseware’s cloud-based assurance platform, translating financial audit methodology, customer feedback, and market trends into prioritized product requirements. Serve as an assurance subject matter expert, guide AI-driven audit capabilities, coordinate cross-functional release readiness, and collaborate with global engineering, product, sales, support, consulting, partners, and customers.

Own and execute the core platform roadmap for APIs, data, identity, and integrations. Manage a portfolio of 1,500+ accounting firm accounts across North America, focusing on renewals, upselling, cross-selling, customer relationships, and revenue growth. Leads a global instructional design team and oversees scalable product education content for SaaS customers. Establishes learning standards, templates, workflows, governance, and quality practices across self-paced courses, VILTs, webinars, and knowledge content. Partners with Product, Professional Services, trainers, and subject matter experts to translate complex software knowledge into learner-focused education. Aligns content with product releases and adoption goals, evaluates learning technologies, analyzes feedback and engagement, and supports certification, onboarding, and global collaboration.

Leads a global instructional design team responsible for scalable product education content supporting software adoption and customer success. Establishes learning standards, templates, taxonomies, workflows, governance, and quality processes across self-paced courses, VILTs, webinars, and knowledge content. Partners with Product, Professional Services, trainers, and subject matter experts to translate technical information into learner-focused education. Drive enterprise SaaS sales across a territory, managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close. Build and expand long-term accounts via consultative selling, upsell/cross-sell, strategic account plans, and accurate pipeline forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally, maintain CRM records, deliver product demos, and engage senior stakeholders to grow ARR and market presence.

Lead reliability engineering for AWS and Kubernetes-based systems. Build secure CI/CD pipelines, improve observability, define SLOs, optimize distributed systems, manage incidents, and strengthen platform resilience. Partner with engineering, security, platform, and product teams while mentoring engineers and reducing operational toil through automation and developer tooling.
