Own front-end quality across Relay’s digital banking product, lead UI implementation, and evolve the Telegraph design system. Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver accessible, performant, polished experiences. Reduce UI and UX debt, create reusable components and documentation, support AI-accelerated development workflows, and champion consistent implementation standards across product teams.

Leads Relay’s multi-channel paid media portfolio, including search, social, affiliate, CTV, television, and direct mail, with a $2–3 million monthly budget. Manages and develops the performance marketing team, owns attribution and measurement infrastructure, drives experimentation, oversees affiliate partnerships, and partners with Finance on budget modeling and forecasting. The role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, incrementality, media mix modeling, PLG and sales-assisted funnels, and translating channel data into executive-level business decisions.

Own Relay’s integrated campaign strategy, calendar, briefs, operating cadence, measurement, and budgets across Brand, Demand Gen, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Influencer teams. Coordinate cross-functional launches, connect brand campaigns to full-funnel outcomes, establish repeatable campaign processes, present actionable performance insights, and embed AI into planning, production, and reporting. The role requires strong storytelling, channel fluency, stakeholder management, and customer understanding, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.

Own risk strategy and operating models for new credit and payroll products. Lead transaction monitoring operations, people management, staffing, service levels, risk rules, controls, workflows, and performance metrics. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to identify risks, analyze transaction data, investigate failures, and improve decision quality.
