Define design vision and strategy, scale a design system, drive user-centered mobile and IoT experiences, partner with Product/Engineering/Clinical/Marketing, grow and manage designers, and embed AI-enabled design practices to improve retention and customer value.

Lead full-funnel growth and monetization for ecommerce and subscription products. Lead Scrum implementation and continuous improvement across cross-functional R&D teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, maintain roadmaps and Jira, introduce AI/automation to boost efficiency, and define KPIs to drive predictable delivery.
