Own and grow a named list of global strategic accounts: land net-new flagship logos, run long multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build quantified business cases and POCs, earn executive sponsorship, apply MEDDPICC, forecast in Salesforce, and expand deployments company-wide while partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.

Own a book of customers end-to-end to drive measurable business outcomes (NRR, renewals, expansion). Build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered agents and automations for customers, connect feedback sources, run data-driven executive reviews, forecast renewals, and drive upsell. Act as customer advocate to influence product and engineering priorities.

The Commercial Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, utilizing consultative selling techniques and collaborating with marketing and customer success teams.
