Own a book of customers end-to-end to drive measurable business outcomes (NRR, renewals, expansion). Own top-of-funnel for global markets: research target accounts, run personalized outbound (email/LinkedIn/phone), qualify prospects, set up Account Executives, collaborate across teams, iterate on messaging, and use modern sales tooling and AI to build pipeline.

The role involves designing and shipping AI features, defining quality metrics, debugging systems, and collaborating across functions, ensuring production readiness.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new logo acquisition, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with teams to engage enterprise customers, ultimately contributing to growth and retention through the Customer Intelligence platform.

Serve in the Founder's Office to drive technical program management across Engineering, Product & Design (run Agile ceremonies, roadmap tracking, and dependency management). Own GRC and audit programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), control design and cross-framework mapping, manage security reviews and trust documentation for enterprise customers, and build operating cadence and tooling for delivery and continuous compliance.

Serve as the CEO's right hand to translate founder intent into scoped workstreams, run operating rhythms, prepare board/investor materials, own finance-adjacent operations, lead cross-functional projects, build data-driven analyses and narratives, operate AI-natively, and support go-to-market and sales efforts to grow ARR.
