Execute platform deployments for automotive dealerships, including store builds, DMS integrations, system validation, access troubleshooting, and post-live support. Coordinate with Development, Deployment, Training, IT, and vendors to resolve technical blockers, maintain documentation, update Jira tasks, meet SLAs, and improve implementation workflows through root-cause analysis and automation feedback.

Serve as a strategic advisor for dealership clients to drive product adoption, onboarding, reporting analytics, and financial analysis of warranty claims. Manage account relationships, lead meetings, identify performance gaps, escalate issues, and advocate customer needs to product and cross-functional teams. Support escalations, mentor peers, and contribute to process improvements to increase operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term client retention.
