Provide L2 technical support for partners’ Linux, virtualization, networking, and cloud infrastructure environments. Investigate incidents using logs, configurations, and performance data; resolve issues independently; prioritize cases; communicate with customers; and escalate complex problems to L3 or engineering teams. The role also includes maintaining troubleshooting documentation and supporting a 24/7 service through scheduled shifts.

Lead the technical side of complex B2B infrastructure sales, partnering with territory management, prospects, customers, and partners. Conduct discovery, design solution architectures, deliver demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, respond to RFPs, resolve technical objections, and translate infrastructure requirements into commercially compelling solutions. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services while contributing to technical sales materials, competitive positioning, and customer feedback.

Lead the technical side of complex B2B infrastructure sales cycles by conducting discovery, designing and presenting cloud solutions, delivering demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, addressing technical concerns, and supporting commercial close. Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, support, and services teams while translating customer requirements into credible architectures and business value. Provide technical feedback, documentation, competitive materials, and successful handoffs to implementation teams.

Lead the technical side of complex B2B infrastructure software sales, partnering with territory sales managers, customers, and partners. Conduct technical discovery, design and present cloud infrastructure solutions, deliver demonstrations, workshops, trials, and proofs of concept, and address architecture, integration, performance, security, scalability, and migration concerns. Support RFIs and proposals, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services, provide market feedback, and ensure successful handoff to delivery teams.
