Build and ship end-to-end features for a multimodal real-time Conversational Video Interface. Integrate state-of-the-art real-time models with research, optimize latency, and fix reliability issues. Collaborate across product and research to design architecture and deliver production-quality systems.

Rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered growth experiments and automation using no-code tools and code. Build product-led demos on the Tavus platform, integrate APIs/LLMs, automate marketing operations and reporting, and collaborate with design, product, and data to scale successful experiments.

Lead Tavus's market-facing visual identity and contribute to product polish. Spend ~80% on brand (web, cinematic marketing, campaigns) and 20% embedded in product to improve onboarding, empty states, and design system. Ensure cohesive user journeys from first impression through lifecycle while driving growth and conversion through high-quality design and storytelling.

The Senior Data Engineer will own the data strategy, managing sourcing, structuring, and optimizing multimodal data to enhance AI models and products.

Define and run company-wide product strategy for Tavus's AI products. Own end-to-end customer journeys from sign-up to production, operate in ambiguity, move fast, collaborate closely with engineering, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
