Consult with multiple customers to evaluate and design workstations, perform ergonomic and safety risk assessments, recommend corrective actions, create time studies and process/operator instructions, track project status, and deliver manufacturing-focused industrial engineering solutions.

Serve as on-site safety lead for industrial maintenance projects: conduct floor surveys, create and validate Job Safety Analyses, define LOTO procedures, map PPE and permits, manage 3-tier safety signoffs, and align safety documentation with IBM Maximo.

Lead development and implementation of ergonomic, material-handling, and manufacturing solutions from concept through procurement, installation, commissioning, and acceptance. Coordinate supplier selection, manage capital budgets and schedules, lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety/ergonomic compliance, and deliver project documentation and training.
