The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant manages the Dynamics 365 platform, drives improvements, integrates systems, trains users, and ensures compliance with IT policies.

Lead end-to-end delivery and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget solutions: translate business requirements, design journeys and segmentation, build AMPscript/SSJS/SQL templates and automations, integrate with Salesforce CRM and external systems, execute QA and campaign analytics, mentor juniors, and enforce platform governance.
