Leads the development and scaling of Resource Innovations’ eCommerce, direct-to-consumer acquisition, and performance-marketing capabilities. Owns strategies spanning paid media, lifecycle marketing, digital merchandising, conversion optimization, customer journeys, testing, and analytics. Builds operating processes, playbooks, KPIs, dashboards, partnerships, and talent while connecting marketing performance to sales, enrollment, revenue, and energy-savings outcomes. Partners with account, corporate marketing, technology, analytics, creative, and program teams and provides executive-level performance guidance.

Owns the organization’s network and site infrastructure, including Cisco and Meraki equipment, WAN and VPN connectivity, wireless systems, structured cabling, AV technologies, access control, and telecommunications. Coordinates email, paid media, digital, events, website, and print initiatives across internal teams and external partners. Presents recommendations and performance insights, monitors risks and KPIs, supports quality assurance, and improves workflows while ensuring projects meet client objectives and deadlines.

Pricing Analyst manages pricing activities throughout the RFP process, consolidates cost inputs, builds pricing models, analyzes market and financial data, and supports pricing strategy, negotiations, proposal compliance, and leadership approvals. The role collaborates with sales, product, operations, finance, subcontractors, and executive stakeholders to improve margins, deal capture, win rates, and pricing processes for clean energy solutions.

Lead the architecture and modernization of a complex enterprise SaaS platform while remaining hands-on with critical software design and development. Define technical direction, improve scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability, and guide design and code reviews. Partner across engineering and product teams, resolve complex technical challenges, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and translate architectural strategy into practical delivery.

Processes customer incentive payments, prepares and reviews payment batches, performs bank and accounts payable reconciliations, researches discrepancies, and maintains accurate accounting records. The role supports payment fulfillment, 1099 and escheatment requirements, audit readiness, financial controls, and process improvements while collaborating with incentive processing and accounting teams.

Lead and improve reporting and automation for Client Services by building and maintaining Tableau and Power BI dashboards, automating reports and reconciliations, expanding data warehouse and API integrations, performing SQL and database analysis, managing QC and governance, and collaborating with software/IT, clients, and vendors to drive reporting improvements.

Serve as primary client lead for compliance initiatives: analyze dashboards and program data to identify risks and improvements, manage project plans and stakeholders, present findings and strategic recommendations, and drive process improvements to enhance program integrity and customer experience.
