Lead client relationships for global CPG and consumer-brand projects, champion creative collaboration, run brand identity and packaging projects end-to-end, build client development and growth plans, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and convert opportunities into long-term account growth.

Lead and mentor design teams to create holistic brand and packaging concepts that connect strategy to craft. Collaborate with strategy and account teams, present to clients, refine concepts, build long-term client relationships, and champion DE+I while delivering distinctive, idea-led creative work.

Own end-to-end digital design projects from discovery through delivery, balancing user needs with brand storytelling. Create distinctive UI systems, interactions, motion, prototypes, wireframes, and final interfaces across platforms. Collaborate with strategists, creatives, developers, and clients while presenting work and influencing decisions. Mentor designers and help elevate the team’s digital design craft through strong brand thinking, design systems, and polished execution.

Lead and coordinate large, complex consumer brand and packaging projects: plan and manage timelines, align creative and client services, ensure creative intent, drive collaboration, resolve resourcing and budget issues, mentor teams, and maintain client relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Develop and deliver motion graphics, animation, and edited content across brand films, social, motion identities and campaigns. Translate brand ideas into motion, present concepts, iterate on feedback, collaborate with teams, and progress work from concept to final delivery while experimenting with 2D, 3D and emerging AI-driven creative tools.

Lead client relationships for two major CPG accounts, drive strategic brand thinking across full consumer lifecycle, develop commercial strategy and P&L improvements, mentor teams, generate new briefs and organic growth, and translate long-term marketing plans into design-led work.
