Act as primary customer contact for enterprise accounts (including Fortune 500), onboard and drive adoption, ensure renewals and expansion, align technical and executive stakeholders, train and evangelize product use, document customer-specific configurations and use cases, and provide feedback to product and support teams.

As a Backend Engineer, you will contribute to all stages of production including architecture, coding, and deployment, collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Manage enterprise (including Fortune 500) customer relationships to drive adoption, value, renewals, and expansion of Cycode's security platform. Onboard customers, run technical and executive reviews, advocate internally, document use cases, train users, and proactively promote new features to achieve business outcomes and reduce churn.
