Owns the full enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycle across assigned EU territories or accounts, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing. Builds pipelines, manages forecasts, expands existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, and develops relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders. Partners with marketing, product, solution engineering, and customer success teams while consistently achieving revenue quotas.

Own a portfolio of European enterprise and mid-market customers, serving as a strategic advisor and primary contact. Drive adoption, value realization, renewals, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Lead QBRs and success planning, monitor account health, coordinate cross-functional delivery and issue resolution, maintain CRM forecasts, and provide customer feedback to Product and Delivery teams. Support advocacy initiatives and manage customer relationships in English, with native French preferred.
