Perform monthly close tasks and journal entries, analyze operating and financial data, build forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards, provide variance analysis and ad hoc reporting, consult with operations and senior management to recommend process improvements and cost optimization.

Participate in a rotational sales and operations training program to develop sales, fleet management, customer service, and basic finance skills. Generate leads, manage vehicle inventory and customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and complete DOT-regulated driving and safety requirements. Advance to management roles after training.

Manage customer relationships and generate new business while overseeing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Complete DOT-regulated driving duties, maintain driver qualification records, support sales and operations, and participate in training and mentoring with advancement opportunities.

Participate in a 6–9 month training program covering sales, operations, finance and customer service. Manage fleet productivity and customer relationships, generate new business leads, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain DOT driver qualification and safety compliance, drive Penske vehicles (including 26' box truck), and work a flexible schedule with district travel as needed.
