Lead and scale Credo AI's Customer Success function: define strategy, build playbooks and operations, engage C-level stakeholders at enterprise accounts, drive adoption, expansion, retention, and measurable outcomes, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and AI Advisory to influence roadmap while recruiting and developing a high-performing team.

Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and launches for Credo AI products. Create sales enablement and content (decks, case studies, whitepapers), run campaigns, refine pricing/packaging, and align cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success to drive adoption and revenue. Measure and optimize performance to scale growth.

Design and build production LLM-based agent systems, governance knowledge pipelines, hybrid retrieval and evaluation frameworks, and platform infrastructure. Implement behavioral shaping, observability, and constraints to ensure agents align with governance and compliance requirements, collaborating with product and data teams.
