Perform data analysis, develop KPIs and dashboards, build reports and visualizations, manage and integrate data sources, support client-facing marketing and communications projects, apply predictive and machine learning techniques, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to improve campaign and program performance.

Provides first-line support to grant applicants, reviewers, and stakeholders in a high-volume ticketing environment. Resolves application and process inquiries, records interactions in ServiceNow, follows scripts and procedures, escalates technical or specialized issues, meets service-level agreements, maintains current program knowledge, suggests workflow improvements, collaborates with internal teams, and contributes to weekly client reports.

Develops, edits, proofreads, and quality-checks content for government and private-sector clients across reports, websites, campaigns, social media, presentations, and proposals. Translates complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging, adapts tone for diverse audiences, and ensures compliance with client requirements, brand standards, AP Style, and plain-language guidelines. Collaborates with project managers, designers, and subject matter experts while supporting marketing and business development efforts.

Support client-facing projects and stakeholder relationships by applying project management best practices. Maintain project documentation, coordinate onboarding/close-out, capture meeting notes, manage timelines, and support on-site activations. Ensure high-quality client communications, problem-solve risks, track utilization, and uphold operational excellence and professionalism.
