Lead internal communications programme and support external content and brand storytelling. Manage influencer affiliate campaigns from strategy and influencer recruitment through execution, optimization, payment negotiations, and reporting. Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, automation, and deployment tooling. Support employees across Germany throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS administration, absences, payroll, benefits, visas, and compliance. Collaborate with global People & Culture teams, implement local initiatives and efficient processes, and serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on HR-related matters.

Partner with product teams to analyze customer behavior, journeys, funnels, retention, adoption, and conversion. Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, experiments, and guardrail metrics; build Amplitude dashboards, BI reports, and self-service analytics. Improve instrumentation, event taxonomies, and metric definitions while combining quantitative data with research and customer feedback. Communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders and promote data-driven product decision-making.

Partner with product teams to use behavioral and business data for discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and delivery. Analyze customer journeys, funnels, conversion, adoption, engagement, retention, and segments; build dashboards and BI reports; improve Amplitude usage, instrumentation, and metric definitions; support A/B testing; and communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsible for accurate, accrual-based recording in the general ledger across Awin entities. Prepare timely journal entries per IFRS/local GAAP, support month‑end and year‑end close, perform monthly reconciliations, assist with audits and intragroup invoices, analyze accruals/forecasts, and implement or update accounting processes while collaborating with other departments.

Manage and grow strategic international affiliate accounts, deliver performance analysis and insights, develop creative client strategies and roadmaps, optimize publisher relationships, recruit new publishers, present to senior stakeholders, ensure tracking and technology optimisations, and maintain regular in-person client and office engagement.

Act as primary HR contact for assigned France business areas, handling onboarding/offboarding, P&C administration (contracts, absences, benefits, KPIs), ensuring legal compliance, coaching managers, resolving employee relations issues, and supporting local recruitment.

Provide operational AdOps support to Client Services: upload offers/creatives, produce and analyse reports, monitor affiliate performance, perform program audits, recruit affiliates, process sales validation, and manage account requests via Salesforce. Support multiple clients, escalate issues, and improve processes.
