Build and scale strategic channel partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue. Oversees two teams, drives platform and feature adoption, reduces dormancy, improves engagement and retention, and grows gross profit. Uses customer health, behavioral, commercial, and machine-learning insights to prioritize interventions and prepare customers for expansion. Partners cross-functionally with Activation and Expansion leaders while developing high-performing customer-facing teams.

Leads Awin’s global tax team and oversees tax strategy, compliance, reporting, audits, and risk management across Germany, Europe, and other jurisdictions. The role manages tax filings, payments, transfer pricing, VAT, sales tax, wage tax, withholding tax, digital services taxes, and current/deferred tax reporting under IFRS. It also coordinates external advisors, tax authorities, and cross-functional stakeholders while developing the group tax control management system.

Manage client and agency relationships across affiliate programs, advising on best practices and strategies to grow revenue. Own assigned accounts, coordinate publisher relationships, monitor performance, prepare reports and reviews, organize affiliate exposure, test new partners and technologies, and provide training and recommendations.
