Lead procure-to-pay activities including PO creation and receiving, vendor management and compliance vetting, liaising with Accounts Payable, developing PO best practices and SOPs, training budget owners, and assisting vendor sourcing for GSA compliance.

Lead month-end close, prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, analyze large datasets using pivot tables and macros, support audits, develop accounting policies, and improve accounting processes while advising store bookkeepers and cross-functional teams.

Administer and maintain companywide VoIP telephony and cloud contact center systems (emphasis on Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center). Provide tier-2 support and on-call coverage, coordinate vendors, manage hardware lifecycle and telecom migrations, troubleshoot data/voice networks, document environments, and support adds/moves/changes and new-location telecom deployments. Travel 10–20% and assist IT management evaluating and implementing telecom technologies.

Manage multiple industrial temporary structure projects from award through completion: plan, schedule, coordinate field crews/subcontractors, monitor budgets and safety compliance, conduct site visits and inspections, communicate with customers and leadership, and drive continuous improvement to ensure on-time, safe, and profitable installations.
