Support DEA IT governance and CPIC by managing IT portfolio lifecycle, conducting organizational analysis, preparing executive briefings, performing risk and performance analyses, and facilitating stakeholder engagements to align technology investments with mission and federal requirements.

Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, printers, mobile devices, and remote access; manage tickets, document resolutions, escalate to Tier III, assist with deployments, and maintain strict adherence to Senate security and access policies.

Develop the U.S. Senate Auditor's Handbook by researching Senate financial policies and regulations, interviewing stakeholders, drafting chapters, procedures, checklists, job aids, and decision frameworks. Translate complex financial, audit, and regulatory information into clear, publication-ready guidance with consistent formatting, citations, and visual aids; edit through review cycles and support long-term document maintenance.

Lead federal proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through submission: manage schedules, compliance matrices, and production; write and edit proposal sections; coordinate SMEs, recruiters, and executives; support capture and business development; leverage AI tools; and build reusable templates and process improvements.

Manage and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. Create and maintain project documentation and reports, lead meetings, assign tasks, monitor progress, assess risks, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and produce executive-level project reporting using PMBOK and Agile practices.
