Provide Tier II deskside and remote support for Windows and Apple workstations, business applications, printers, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and user accounts. Investigates compromises, validates indicators, supports containment and recovery, manages security configurations and access controls, coordinates incident reporting with government agencies, develops countermeasures, and prepares security reports and briefings. This is an onsite SOC role in Fairfax, Virginia, supporting classified and open-source threat data.

Partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders, creates email, web, social media, presentation, and written materials, ensures brand compliance, coordinates multimedia production, evaluates campaign effectiveness, and manages schedules and projects.

Creates print, digital, static, and motion graphics supporting communications, outreach, branding, marketing, reporting, and social media for U.S. House offices. Consults with stakeholders, develops visual concepts and templates, manages competing deadlines, conducts quality reviews, supports project teams, maintains Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, trains team members, and contributes to documentation, standards, communications programs, and process improvements.

Conduct scheduled candidate screening calls, evaluate qualifications, document screening notes, and manage candidate follow-up. Collect, review, edit, and format resumes, forms, references, and other materials. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, consistently formatted, and submission-ready. Organize finalized files in SharePoint, maintain recruiting trackers, monitor deadlines, and escalate issues to recruiting managers while managing multiple candidates with limited oversight.

Provides Tier I frontline IT support to Senate users for software, hardware, network, account, and access issues. Diagnoses and resolves routine incidents, documents tickets, prioritizes requests, escalates complex problems, performs password resets and device setup, supports onboarding, researches solutions, and provides basic user training. The role requires professional customer service, adherence to security procedures, and on-site work at Senate facilities in Washington, DC.
