Execute purchasing for a complex, low- to mid-volume manufacturer by placing and managing purchase orders, maintaining accurate supplier and PO data, tracking deliveries, managing supplier documentation, developing forecasts, identifying supply risks, and reporting on purchasing performance. Supports the design, simulation, testing, and validation of power electronics for electric propulsion systems. Responsibilities include developing PCB assemblies and wire harnesses, running MATLAB, LTspice, and Simulink analyses, troubleshooting hardware, operating high-voltage lab systems, evaluating prototypes, conducting root cause analysis, and preparing technical documentation and manufacturing instructions.

Supports low-volume production across HPDM product lines by establishing manufacturing requirements, designing tools and fixtures, analyzing discrepancies, validating process improvements, and creating process plans and manufacturing bills of materials. Collaborates with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and assembly technicians while leading lean continuous-improvement initiatives. Requires hands-on mechanical assembly experience, SolidWorks proficiency, strong engineering fundamentals, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Test Engineering Intern supporting R&D and production testing for electric motor products. Responsibilities include defining test requirements, designing SolidWorks parts and assemblies, creating bills of materials, supporting prototype manufacturing, executing verification and validation tests, analyzing results, identifying root causes, recommending design improvements, integrating system tests, and maintaining safe testing processes and equipment.

Develop and scale manufacturing processes from prototype to production for advanced electric motors. Own process development, tooling and fixture design, production readiness, capacity planning, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve quality, throughput, and manufacturability.
