Lead analysis and design for procurement-related enterprise applications and processes. Develop requirements, run stakeholder research and testing, design solutions, document UAT and business requirements, support integrations and change management, and drive continuous improvement across procurement and financial ERP workflows.

Serve as point of contact for veterans and dependents on VA education benefits and university policies; maintain and update student records, prepare credit and degree progress summaries, certify enrollment to VA using required forms, monitor academic progress and conduct, track Yellow Ribbon program data, provide counseling and referrals, generate reports, and maintain confidential records per VA and university requirements.

Perform complex financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for Keck School of Medicine. Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, evaluate trends, recommend solutions, support financial systems improvements, and present findings to senior management.

Act as a strategic HR advisor for a business unit: develop and implement tailored talent strategies, advise on employee and labor relations, lead performance management, workforce and succession planning, onboarding, compensation guidance, and data-driven talent decisions. Partner with HR centers of expertise, communicate policies, mitigate risk, and promote USC culture and inclusion.

Lead Attack Surface Management by running vulnerability lifecycle processes, conducting assessments and penetration testing, implementing remediation strategies, integrating threat intelligence, collaborating with IT and managed service teams, and maturing university-wide vulnerability and ASM programs while reporting findings and improving controls.

Coordinate return-to-work administration and disability case management, analyze medical restrictions, recommend accommodations, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensure legal and policy compliance, develop metrics and process improvements, and maintain confidentiality and strong relationships.

Lead development, testing, and documentation of code for cleaning, harmonizing, and analyzing LASI-DAD survey data. Manage data quality control, geospatial integration, codebooks, and public dataset release. Supervise junior programmers, produce tables/figures for publications, and present technical work at conferences.
