The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth start-up environments and will define Peerspace's technology strategy to achieve growth objectives. Responsibilities include leading the engineering team, developing technology strategy, and contributing to overall company strategy. The annual salary range for this role is $300,000 to $350,000.

Lead a team of designers to produce innovative experiences across the Peerspace ecosystem. Collaborate with senior leadership to shape company vision and strategy. Partner with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Marketing leaders to ensure cohesive design and brand representation. Advocate for design culture and continuous growth within the team.
