The role uses SQL and Python alongside BigQuery, dbt Cloud, Airflow, Tableau, and Statsig, with a focus on product analytics, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.

Handle guest and host support cases across chat, email, phone, and SMS. Resolve booking issues, mediate disputes, process cancellations and adjustments, and use AI tools and knowledge bases to draft accurate responses. Track response-time and quality metrics, maintain detailed case notes, escalate appropriately, and identify recurring policy or product issues for leadership. Participate in team standups and contribute to a collaborative remote culture.
