Lead KiwiCo’s DTC and Amazon eCommerce businesses, owning site merchandising, product assortment, pricing, promotions, launches, and the online shopping experience. Develop merchandising and product roadmap plans using customer and market insights, coordinate integrated marketing calendars, and drive growth programs. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sourcing, Marketing, Finance, Creative, Analytics, and Operations while reporting performance to executive leadership and improving customer acquisition, retention, and margins.
