Partner with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and peer leaders to prioritize work, manage risks, and deliver reliable enterprise SaaS services. The role also includes serving as the senior on-site presence in Warsaw and supporting regional onboarding and light office coordination.

Drive enterprise and mid-market acquisition sales across a specified territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, managing complex sales campaigns, aligning solutions with customer needs, closing new-logo opportunities, forecasting revenue, and coordinating with technical, executive, legal, and deal desk teams. The role requires strong enterprise sales experience in open-source, SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure software, consistent quota attainment, executive presence, and business planning skills.

Leads and scales Redpanda’s EMEA commercial sales team by hiring, coaching, and managing Account Executives. Owns regional revenue targets, pipeline generation, forecasting, sales process development, and quota attainment. Partners with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive mid-market growth. Coaches deal strategy, technical positioning, negotiation, and closing while representing commercial-segment needs in cross-functional planning.

Travel is 30–50% during active engagements.

Responsibilities include researching agentic AI developments, prototyping capabilities, defining architectures, integrating runtime, policy, and observability layers, engaging strategic customers, representing the company externally, and improving operational reliability. The role requires leadership across engineering and product teams, distributed systems expertise, AI infrastructure experience, and strong communication skills.
