Lead system-level debugging and validation for sensor and gateway hardware, focusing on RF/wireless and battery/low-power behavior. Own vendor and manufacturing technical relationships, develop and execute comprehensive test plans (functional, RF, environmental, power, reliability), manage test engineering teams across time zones, drive validation workstreams, and produce clear documentation, test reports, and root-cause analyses.
