Review consumer and small business loan documents and collateral; maintain digital and physical loan files; manage lien filings and releases; process payoffs; contact members, dealers, and tax offices; research and resolve collateral and data accuracy issues; ensure regulatory and privacy compliance while providing professional member service.

Analyze complex financial, credit risk, and profitability data to produce recurring and ad-hoc reports, committee packages, and statistical models. Lead monthly CECL loan loss allowance calculations, automate processes using SQL/Python/Excel, maintain finance and credit risk databases, and present findings to management and executives. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support FP&A and treasury objectives.

Manage daily ATM fleet cash administration, reconciliations, and settlement reporting; process ATM/POS/signature dispute and fraud claims; investigate EFT disputes; prepare cash position reports and GL research; monitor cash forecasting and vendor reports; identify process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance (BSA, Reg E, Reg CC, OFAC, CO-OP).

Analyze commercial and business lending opportunities, build thorough credit memos, evaluate financial statements, cash flows and collateral, monitor loan portfolio and covenants, ensure regulatory compliance, and support internal teams with reporting and process improvements to enhance member experience.

Perform commercial credit analysis and underwriting for new and renewal lending opportunities. Spread business and guarantor financials and tax returns, analyze cash flows and key financial metrics, prepare credit memos for credit committee, monitor portfolio covenant and documentation, and support internal teams and technology partners to improve processes and reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance.
