Supports the Training Department by auditing and organizing training materials, maintaining LMS courses and content inventories, reviewing software release impacts, conducting quality assurance checks, developing documentation, researching learning technologies, analyzing evaluation data, and tracking assigned projects. The role is an on-site, part-time internship for a student interested in training, instructional design, technical communication, information management, and software technology.
