The role builds processes and tracking systems, coordinates internal teams and vendors, ensures campaigns launch accurately and on schedule, analyzes results, and uses AI tools to improve marketing operations.

Lead data science initiatives supporting Wealthsimple’s Commercial team and AI Voice Agent program. Build reliable data models, develop and maintain machine-learning models, design experiments, conduct analyses, and create dashboards and metrics. Execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and mobile push. Build and maintain sophisticated lifecycle marketing systems using Braze, HTML, CSS, Liquid, SQL, APIs, and webhooks. Develop interactive email, in-app, and web experiences; manage automation journeys, personalization, segmentation, integrations, reporting, and platform administration. Evaluate AI and workflow automation tools, create self-service solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and support marketers through technical guidance, documentation, and training.

Develop and lead innovative integrated brand campaigns across film, digital, social, print, and interactive experiences. The role owns creative projects from concept through production, provides art direction, creates storyboards and visual assets, presents creative concepts, collaborates with cross-functional teams, directs designers and production partners, and uses AI tools for prototyping and asset development.
