Designs and maintains scalable enterprise data architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Manage AP, GL, revenue-share accounting, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, flux analysis, audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Lead and mentor the AP/GL team, develop accounting policies, provide technical accounting guidance, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role may expand into SaaS and fintech revenue accounting.

The role partners across Security and Engineering while inspiring and developing engineering teams supporting large-scale, mission-critical SaaS.

Lead multiple frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps engineering teams while driving architecture modernization from monoliths to microservices. Own scalable, secure, high-performance software delivery, release governance, cloud and infrastructure optimization, automated testing, compliance, and incident management. Partner with product and executive leadership, establish engineering standards and KPIs, and hire, develop, and retain engineering talent across global teams.

Own product features end to end, from problem framing and requirements through hands-on design, engineering collaboration, delivery, and post-launch validation. Define product direction, make scope and tradeoff decisions, use AI across research and prototyping, and maintain project ownership as the source of truth. Create product designs and prototypes in Figma, apply design systems, and collaborate closely with engineering in an onsite environment.
