As a Back End Software Engineer, you will write maintainable code, collaborate on features from design to production, and engage with Customer Success to enhance user experience.

Manage and grow existing client accounts by analyzing performance, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and implementing retention strategies. Own a portfolio of post-sale SaaS accounts to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Build account plans, identify upsell opportunities using product adoption and data, lead renewal negotiations, rescue at-risk accounts, document account health in CRM, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing. Contribute to automation and AI initiatives to improve CS efficiency.

Identify at-risk customers, resolve contract termination and renewal issues, negotiate retention solutions, manage escalations, collaborate with sales/support/product, track interactions and report on retention metrics to improve customer satisfaction.
